About Us -

Pathway™ Senior Living owns, operates, manages and develops affordable and market-rate senior apartment and assisted living communities. Formed as a partnership in 1997 between four principals, the company has grown substantially over the recent years. In partnership with various not-for-profit partners, Pathway Senior Living creates vibrant, healthy senior living communities that provide housing and supportive programs for older adults.

Pathway’s signature program is the affordable assisted living model, known as “supportive living” in the state of Illinois. A pioneer in the development of this state’s new affordable housing with support services alternative. Pathway owns and/or operates several such communities throughout the Chicago and Detroit areas. These communities, primarily called Victory Centres, offer older adults of moderate to modest means the opportunity to enjoy the comfort and freedom that comes with living in an affordable, well-appointed apartment home with amenities and convenient support services all at a price they can afford.

Pathway’s affordable assisted living program serves as a prototype throughout the state of Illinois. Many other states are looking to pattern their programs after Pathway’s successful model.
