The following benefits are provided at no cost to eligible employees:

    * Life insurance for employees and their eligible dependents
    * Short-term disability coverage
    * Long-term disability coverage

    * Vision coverage for employees and their eligible dependents

In addition, Vi offers eligible full-time employees health care benefits at a shared cost of the coverage:

    * Medical coverage—Employees may choose from two plans, both with prescription drug coverage included, for employees and their eligible dependents.
    * Dental coverage—For employees and their eligible dependents.



Vi also sponsors several voluntary benefit programs:

    * Retirement/401(k) Plan—Employees may save for retirement by deferring pay into the plan on a pre-tax basis. In addition to voluntary employee contributions, the plan features a generous year-end company matching contribution.
    * Supplemental Life Insurance—Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.
    * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)—Employees may set aside pre-tax money into the Health Care FSA to pay for certain medical, dental and vision costs not covered by insurance or into the Dependent Care FSA to cover eligible child-care and elder-care expenses.
    * Tuition Reimbursement Program—Employees may receive reimbursement for educational expenses for tuition, textbooks, etc., for approved courses.
