About Avow Hospice Avow Hospice is Collier County's community-focused, non-profit hospice, serving our friends, families and neighbors for 25 years.

The answer wasn't surprising: they believe in our mission. They understand what a privilege it is to help a sick person and his or her family deal with the ending of a life.
