About Us

Cecilia Troppoli and Dr. Theresa Travis began providing hospice care in February of 1992. Cecilia Troppoli serves as the Executive Director and Dr. Theresa Travis serves as Medical Director. In addition to Little Rock, there are Hospice Home Care offices in Hot Springs, Searcy, Conway, Pine Bluff, and Monticello. Each serves a 50-mile radius around each city. Hospice Home Care is the largest freestanding hospice provider in Arkansas. "Freestanding" meaning that Hospice Home Care is not directly affiliated with any hospital or nursing home facility.

 

Today
HHC now has a presence in 33 counties with six main offices. Kaleidoscope Kids has expanded their services to include grief counseling for children ages 5 to 18. And overall, Hospice Home Care has 300 Employees and a daily census of over 350 patients.
