Job Description: 

Celebrate Caring at Idaho FallsCare and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare. We currenlty have an opportunity for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at our 105 bed facility.

This facility is seeking an experienced NHA with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a strong clinical background. An established team of managers and a beautiful, affordable, growing community await the right person to take our center to the next level.

As administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services and achieving business development goals and results. Successful candidates must posses:
Nursing Home Administrator License Required.

• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation.

• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.

• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

• Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
