Job Description: 

Celebrate Caring at Pueblo Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare. We currenlty have an opportunity for a Director of Nursing at our leading healthcare facility in Pueblo, CO.

In this position you will perform general management functions such as hiring, disciplining and evaluating employees. Manage the Nursing Department to maintain the highest quality of care possible. Plan and facilitate meetings and committees to address resident care issues. Develops the department budget for approval, monitors expenses and stays within budget. Pro-actively addresses survey and/or standards of care issues. Successful candidates must have:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Valid RN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Previous experience as Director of Nursing.
