Job Description:  Responsible for recruitment, selection and hiring of all candidates for all HPC Healthcare, Inc., and its subsidiaries as well as the support of the recruitment process and activities surrounding this function.
Duties:

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Identifies and uses most effective mode(s) of recruitment. Coordinates, participates and/or supports job fairs, career days and other recruiting events. Contributes to identifying current and future staffing needs with HR/recruiting team. Contributes to development, implementation, and monitoring of programs to meet identified staffing needs. Provides periodic recruitment reporting metrics, monthly/quarterly for management.
Reviews system requisitions for compliance with Company policy. Interviews to screen for qualified candidates. Hires or make hire recommendations in collaboration with hiring manager and extends verbal and written offers per company guidelines. Processes internal and external employment advertising/posting web based and other media and utilizes appropriate external website and media sources for advertising. Ensures that all candidates meet the requirements for employment including license, background screening, references, etc. Maintains regular follow up with potential candidates and hiring managers. Recommends updates/changes to employment process to ensure effective and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

College degree strongly preferred. May be offset by relevant and substantial work experience.
Competent understanding of current employment laws at the local, state and federal levels.
Minimum 5 years Clinical Recruitment experience (candidates without this requirement will not be considered).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Consulting and collaboration skills. Interdepartmental sensitivity.
Ability to plan, initiate, administers and evaluates recruitment programs.
Driving record and automobile insurance as per Company policy. (Minimum required: 10/20/10)
Ability to travel Hillsborough County on a regular basis. Other travel necessary to position. (Driver's record check is performed upon hire).
Work under moderate supervision, exercising like amount of discretion and independent judgment.
Previous HRIS SW experience or recruitment SW needed, Ultipro experience a plus.
