The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed. Shifr: As needed: Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays High school diploma. Minimum two years experience in customer service. Ability to communicate effectively in English through both oral and written means. Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of switchboard operation. |
