Job Description: 

Glenbrooke at Palm Bay, an established provider of upscale Independent Living in Palm Bay, FL has an immediate opportunity for an experienced and professional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our management team. The selected individual will be responsible for marketing event planning and external marketing/community outreach in order to source qualified leads. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will also manage the sales process, conduct property tours and fulfill leasing and move in goals. Ability to build professional relationships and maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, influencers and staff a must.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years related experience. Previous sales/admissions/marketing experience in a senior living/long term care environment and strong verbal and written communication skills also required. Exposure to lead tracking systems and computer proficiency preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships a must.
