Job Description: To communicate and educate residents and families on disease processes, clinical interventions, and expectations. To coordinate facility Performance Improvement Program. To promote and be an example of integrity and customer service.


License Requirements: Current, active Registered Nurse


Other Training/Skills/Requirements: Three years professional nursing experience in long term care setting preferred. Previous experience in quality assurance, education/PI.?
