Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
-Generation of A/R and basic A/P functions
-Working knowledge with GL accounts and budgets
-Maintain your departments budget and monitor others departments to ensure goals are being met
-Create and assist all departments with weekly spenddowns and cost control
-Daily HR duties to include and dealing directly with ADP payroll.
-Interview, Hire and maintain employee files
-Accurate and weekly occupancy and census reporting
-Coordinate new move ins as needed and keep files compliant
-Assist the Executive Director as needed

Experience is mandatory and experience in this industry is even better!
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
