Tendercare Clare is currently seeking a full time RN Unit Manager to be responsible for the operation of a busy nursing unit. Eligible candidates must have a valid Michigan RN licensure, experience in the operation of skilled nursing unit, ability to direct, lead, and supervise nurse supervisors and nursing assistants, must complete weekly reports, assist with admissions paperwork authorize overtime and meet the scheduling needs of the facility. Prior nurse management experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred and the ability to participate in an on call rotation. |
