Job Description:  PURPOSE: To provide vital support to the Food & Beverage Department by maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, china, glassware, flatware, and back-of-house work area. Maintains the food storeroom under the direction of the Executive Chef and executes special projects for the Executive Chef. Set up public areas as requested by management. Helps in dining area as directed.

EDUCATION/SKILLS: Able to perform strenuous physical labor, lifting, etc. Ability to execute simple arithmetic.
