This position will cover roughly 9 communities throughout Arkansas and Mississippi.



The Regional Director of Quality Services (RN) will ensure assigned communities are provided with regional oversight of quality improvement activities that focus on wellness, clinical management, medication management, risk management, staff training, education, staff performance and survey preparedness.



Requirements:





- Must be a licensed RN in good standing.

- A commitment to excellence!

- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of multi-site management experience in the assisted living or long-term care industry. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

- The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and state officials, hospital personnel and the general public.

- A willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
