Job Description:  Primary job duty is to successfully lead the resident recruitment process by; establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates and their families (and identifying and satisfying individual candidate needs), developing and maintaining productive internal and external marketing strategies (including referral sources and community relationships), maintaining established occupancy levels, tracking and trending resident movements, managing the admission/assessment process, and cultivating business partner relationships with facility and home office operations staff. This position is the central point of contact for all resident candidates. Experience: Prior experience in Geriatric Marketing, Sales, Senior Housing, Hospitality or an appropriate healthcare/personal care background preferred. Education: High School or GED. College degree in Marketing or Human Services field preferred. Certification/licensure in assisted living/personal care a plus. General: Proven track record of Marketing/Sales results. Successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation. Must present a neat, clean appearance and demonstrate a positive, cheerful attitude. Valid state issued driver license and regional travel are a requirement of this position.   Requirements
