Job Description:  About the Opportunity Desert Valley is an out patient facility and is located at 2055 E. Sahara Las Vegas NV 89104. The staff physical therapist screens, evaluates and treats patients/residents; communicates with families, physicians and other health team members; and maintains documentation of services in the medical record. The PT also conducts inservices and training for faculty and staff on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques and supervises PTA's and Aides as required. We’re home to many strong family-oriented and religious communities; while also being only 5-1/2 hrs from Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix, AZ; and Los Angeles, CA. Desert Valley Therapy is a network of 4 freestanding state-of-the-art outpatient rehab clinics based in Las Vegas.We are well established with lots of opportunities for professional development and advancement into management positions. Requirements include: Graduate from an accredited program Possess, or be eligible for, a current PT license in the state of Nevada • Patient focused Experience in outpatient rehab, outpatient hand,lymph edema, pediatrics, woman’s health New Grads are welcome! Qualifications Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and possess (or be eligible for) a current PT license in the State where the facility is located.
