Job Description:  About the Opportunity Sunset Hill Health and Rehab Center is a 167 bed facility specializing in long term care nursing. Susnet Hills Health and Rehab Center is located at 10954 Kennerly Rd St. Louis MO 63128. Administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a long-term care environment. Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines. Requires a high school diploma and certification as a licensed practical nurse. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Full time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state where practicing or eligible for reciprocity –Missouri license. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition. Must be CPR certified.
