Job Description:  About the Opportunity Casita Rehab is part of Casa Arena Blanca, a 117 bed bed long term care center of excellence. We offer an inpatient Rehab Center and provide services for patients to be spent with physical therapists, chiropractors, or practitioners.Physical therapy rehab goals are to help allow patients to continue their daily lives without interruption. We are located at 205 Moonglow Alamogordo NM 88310. Our Rehabilitation clinic is a facility meant to assist in recovery from a variety of conditions.Our patients that we treat have a chronic or severe injury. Treat patients suffering from an injury that has caused limited mobility or severe muscular loss may attend a rehab geared toward physical therapy. About Fundamental Our Vision:

Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care Administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a long-term care environment. Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines. Requires a high school diploma and certification as a licensed practical nurse in the state of NM.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
