Job Description:  About the Opportunity Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Brentwood Sub-Acute Health Care Center is a 163 bed skilled nursing facility and Medicare certified specializing in Subacute and Rehabilitative Care and features many specialty services like -Ventilator and Pulmonary Management, Peritoneal, Dialysis and Wound Care. Our rehabilitation services are designed to improve Functional status resulting from Trauma, Stroke, Fractures, Joint Replacement, Amputation, Cardio-Pulmonary Disease, and work related injury. The staff Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant tworks with patients/residents; communicates with families, physicians and other health team members; and maintains documentation of services in the medical record. The COTA also works on restorative techniques. FT/PT and PRN opportunities Qualifications Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and possess (or be eligible for) a current COTA license in the State where the facility is located. New Grads are welcome! Experience in an acute care, rehab setting or SNF is a plus.
