Job Description:  Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in West Reading, PA is current seeking Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNAs) for the following shifts:          Part Time for Evening Shift   You always treat residents like family.   • Responsible for customer-focused, quality-minded compassionate resident / patient care during his / her respective shift
  • Participates in training programs and assists in orientation of new staff
  • Works holiday and weekend hours as scheduled
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Possesses a current nursing assistant training and certification in the state
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to take direction and provide quality customer service
  • Meets all health requirements, as required by law
  • Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff..
