Ideal candidate...
 *    3-5 years experience as an Administrator in a SNF
*    Must hold a current PA Nursing Home Administrator License (NHA)
*    Supervisory experience


HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATOR
 Responsible for maintaining the highest level of patient care and maintaining compliance in good standing with all government/regulatory agencies.  W ill oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services.  The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
