Duties:

The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for the clinical coordination of the long term care team delivering palliative and supportive care to patients/families.

***This position is for our Temple Terrace Hospice House & is 7p-7a & every other weekend***

Qualifications:

Current FL RN license required.

BSN preferred

Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a preceptor role, with at least one year acute care/med/surg experience.

Valid driver license and auto insurance per company policy.
