Job Description: 
This position is accountable for performing analyses of provider data and conducting   audits of providers to ensure that they are meeting company's policies and procedures for utilization and utilization management.   
 
Job-Specific Requirements:
·            Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
·            RN licensure that is unrestricted in the state of Mississippi.
·            Appropriate continuous education as required by the appropriate licensing board to maintain current licensure.
·            Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience.
·            Excellent research and oral/written communication skills are required.
·            Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office , to include experience in Excel , Access
        And Word . .
·            Willingness to travel as needed is necessary.
·  
·            Experience in utilization/case management is preferred.
· Working ·          Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·          Ability to document and organize work product to demonstrate conformance with corporate or regulatory requirements.
·          Must have the ability to handle information and projects of a confidential nature.
·          Knowledge CPT, HCPCS and ICD9 coding is required.
·          Must have experience in auditing healthcare providers.
