Job Description:  HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Responsible for providing service to clients who have speech and language problems. The Home Therapy Program provided is under the direction of the attending physician by the Speech Therapist, with participation by the family, nurse, or other responsible person, as necessary.

100% travel necessary on a daily basis.Minimum of two years work experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting required.Knowledge of speech therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies appropriate for terminally ill clients.Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with clients and families.Seeking Per Diem SLP for Charlotte County

Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
