  • The LPN/LVN shall perform duties consistent with the LPN/LVN Nursing Practice Act.

  • Provide those service requiring nursing skills in accordance with the plan of care.

  • Notify the patient's attending physician and other professional persons of significant changes in the patient's condition.

  • Prepare documentation and clinical notes

  • Educate and instruct the patient, patient's family, or staff as required



 


Education:  Licensed LPN/LVN Nurse.

 

Experience:  One year nursing experience.  IV therapy certification preferred     



 

Licenses/Certificates:  Licensed as a LPN/LVN Nurse in state, Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification.  Must complete required departmental competencies to validate competency and maintain competency.
