EDUCATION AND SKILLS: 1. High school diploma or GED equivalency; have a valid FL driver’s License. 2. Two (2) years maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems experience. 3. Trade school courses in electrical wiring, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing and carpentry preferred, hands-on training acceptable. 4. Must be available for emergency calls, rotating shifts, and on-call duties, including weekend and holiday hours. 5. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. EEO M/F/V/D |
