Job Description:	Classic Residence by Hyatt on beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC is looking for a MDS Coordinator with 2-5 years experience. This individual will be responsible for conducting and coordinating completion, collaborating with all disciplines, of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) assessment and all associeted processes. Signs and attests to completion of the assessment within the timeframe mandated by federal regulations and company standards. Also responsible for the coordination of the resident care planning processes. Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse. Experienced MDS and Medicare Guidelines. EEO M/F/V/D
