Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced Life Guidance Program Director to join our team at Atria Cypresswood in Spring, TX. The primary job function of the Life Guidance Program Director is to manage our dementia program and oversee care for residents in our Dementia unit.

Scope of Responsibilities Include:
- Assessments of existing and potential residents
- Develop care plans and educate family members on the components of our program
- Help our new residents to assimilate into our program and work with our existing residents on an ongoing basis while communicating regularly with their family members Qualifications Requirements Include:
- LPN with 2+ years experience working with dementia population
- Experience creating or contributing to the creation of a quality dementia program is preferred
- Staff management and supervisory experience
- Budget experience
- Excellent people skills, able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families and physicians
