Job Description: 

Senior Helpers, the fastest growing non-medical home care provider, is expanding in the Inland Empire and is seeking an Operations Manager. We are in need of a sharp, professional, detail-oriented, high-energy individual. The Operations Manager must have strong interpersonal and management skills. This person will manage the day-to-day operations, personnel, and financial performance of the organization.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing superior customer service
  • Management of office staff
  • Management of Caregivers in the field - Hiring, Training, and scheduling
  • Evaluating and streamlining office operations
  • Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for efficient and profitable operation of the business
  • Conducting client meetings, special events, and other related duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent ability to manage responsibilities with an "outside-the-box" mentality to continuously improve work flow of office.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations with ease.
  • High level of initiative and self-sufficiency in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word & Excel and ability to learn home care management software application necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; background in customer service or home health preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound decision-making skills based upon company policies and philosophy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Positive, high-energy, team player attitude.
