Responsibilities

What you would be doing:

We are seeking an energetic leader with senior living experience who can be responsible for the oversight of Human Resource related functions and services for a region.

This position can be based out of Denver, Chicago or Cincinnati.

• Act as a consultant to operational leadership in regards to organizational development.
• Oversight of employee relations initiatives
• Provide employee policy interpretation
• Coordinate and implement leadership development initiatives
• Support the benefit administration, recruitment, selection, and new employee orientation programs of each community
• Establish training and audit process

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• BS Degree in a related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in human resources within the senior living industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
