We are available to provide assistance to participate in social activities, 24 hour round-the-clock home health care services, skilled nursing visits, medication management, assistance with meal preparation, or a stroll in the park.

Life Care Home Health Services Corp. has an immediate opening for Clinical Supervisor; who will provide services in accordance with agency policies.  

Candidate requirements:

  • 5 yrs Clinical experience in home health
  • 5 years Medicare experience
  • Current FL RN license
  • Coordinates and manages all services rendered to clients
  • Supervises nursing personnel
  • Strong management skills
  • Participates in program planning, recruitment and in-service education
  • BSN required


The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter has good communication skills, a customer service orientation, possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
