Campus Manager

 

Century Park Associates is seeking leader to join our team as the Campus Manager for Garden Plaza of Post Falls  located in Post Falls, ID. This start up, high end property offers 250 Independent Living and Assisted Living Apartments.

 

Ideal Campus Manager Candidate will have:

  • 5+ years proven management skills in Independent and Assisted Living
  • Previous start up experience in senior housing is a MUST!!!
  • Solid understanding of P&L accounting
  • Sales expertise in driving census
  • Stable work history with previous employers
  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Genuine compassion for seniors
  • Commitment to high quality customer focus
