Executive Director / Administrator
 
Silverado Hospice, a leading provider of end-of-life care, is presently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our Hospice program in the Sugar Land area of Houston.
 
The Hospice Executive Director organizes and directs the hospice functions with overall responsibility of day-to-day program operations. The Executive Director will carry out the organization's purposes in a manner consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of Silverado Hospice.
 
General Executive Director responsibilities will include:
  • Organize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program, focusing strongly on managing expenses and growing the business.
  • Work with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the clinical delivery of care.
  • Work with the corporate office to develop the annual operating budget and long-range expenditure plans while assuring responsibility for financial operation of the office
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
 
Ideal Executive Director background and experience will include:
  • Masters Degree in healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Several years of experience functioning as an Administrator or Executive Director for a hospice provider.
  • Prior successful business development experience, driving business results
