Arcadia HealthCare, a premier health care company, has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in its Evansville, IN Private Duty Home Health Care Operation.

 

Responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for management of field personnel and services rendered. Recruiting, hiring, and orientation of field personnel. Facilitating exchange of clinical mgt and customer relation info between agency services coordinator, personnel and direct clients. Establish marketing plan to acquire and maintain clients to ensure business growth.

 

Successful candidates will have a experience in managing and selling private duty home health care, have held a management position with supervisory role in acute or home health agency setting. Job Requirements

Must have at least five (5) years including home care management experience or 3-5 years of experience in home care/staffing agency.

 

Must also have experience in staffing agency supervision or quality assurance position in acute and/or home health agency setting.

 

At least 2 years of experience selling and marketing for a private duty home health care company.
