Job Description: 

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - (PRN and Full-Time)

Implements Occupational Therapy services under the direct supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Follows the resident's individual plan of care utilizing prescribed treatment modalities to facilitate achievement of established goals. Communicates regularly with the supervising

Occupational Therapist to update and/or progress the resident's plan of care. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.

The following is required for this position; Graduate of an occupational therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent;

Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association; Licensure and/or registered by the state; Certified in CPR.
