We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. Responsibilities include, preparing and maintaining the general ledger of corporate entities; analyzing monthly financial statements for corporate entities; preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of balance sheet accounts; preparation and posting of company wide journal entries; assist in various accounting projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain the general ledger for corporate entities.
2. Prepare standard monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet account analysis.
3. Perform accounting projects, analysis, and internal reporting as assigned.
4. Coordinate the posting of regional interunit journal entries with corporate entities.
5. Ensure that critical deadlines are met.
6. Assist with the resolution of issues that arise during and after the closing process.
7. Assist in the development of methods to more efficiently close the books of assigned entities.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.




Qualifications: SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field, along with 0-2 years experience in multi-entity accounting.
2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
