ISC uses therapy and wellness techniques to provide lifestyle enhancements to residents of senior living communities. Our services enable residents to live better by helping them to be safer, healthier, more mobile and more vibrant at any age or level of health and fitness. Our comprehensive rehabilitation, wellness and education services include Medicare-certified outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy.

ISC professionals deliver therapy and rehabilitation services under the umbrella of our proprietary CARE3 Wellness Program. A comprehensive therapy and wellness system, CARE3 integrates both proactive and reactive services to help seniors enhance their health and fitness, and retain or improve their independence.

CARE3 Wellness Program is primarily preventive in nature and uses a holistic approach that treats both symptoms and underlying causes of pain and debility. It goes far beyond traditional therapy to include massage therapy, chair yoga and Tai Chi, as well as health education and group exercise classes. The goal is to help counter the negative effects of aging by promoting functional independence and improving overall health and comfort.

Position Summary:

Provides and directs Physical Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.   Functions under physicians’ orders.   Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.   Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

1.        Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

2.        Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.

3.        License to practice physical therapy within the state.
