Job Description: 

Liberty Heights, a 219 unit continuing care retirement community in Colorado Springs, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced and professional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting property tours and fulfilling leasing and move in goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, influencers and staff personnel.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 1 year related experience. Previous sales/admissions experience in a senior living/long term care environment and strong verbal and written communication skills also required. Exposure to lead tracking systems and computer proficiency preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships a must.
