As our Regional Vice President of Sales, you will define and achieve revenue goals by recruiting, training, mentoring and motivating a world-class team of sales representatives. You will develop sales strategies while helping to close key accounts. This position covers a Regional Territory including Southern California and Arizona.



We're seeking a proven performer with substantial sales leadership experience in the healthcare industry, including the successful management of $50-100 million in revenue.  Ideally, you should have sales experience in home health, home infusion, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals or a related field. A clinical background would be extremely helpful.  You must have absolutely exceptional training and development skills and the ability to inspire others to professional greatness. A bachelors degree is required, masters or clinical degree strongly preferred.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years sales management experience in a healthcare environment (Master's Degree Preferred!) The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized with a great attention for detail.  Qualified candidates must be able to thrive while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while successfully leading a regional team.  80%%26nbsp;  required.  Additionally, possess a strong sense of accountability and a desire to excel in leadership.
