Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily direction and/or assistance of resident's activities of daily living
  • Becoming familiar with residents preferences in order to personalize their care.
  • Assists residents with social, personal, and health care needs as required
  • Provide life enrichment opportunities to improve the quality of Resident life.
  • Responsible for accurate documentation and prompt reporting of discrepancies to appropriate personnel
  • Knowing and properly applying, safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
  • Ensure effective communication on a regular basis with immediate supervisor regarding resident's status and condition
  • Medication distribution, medication reordering and documentation.
  • May be responsible for providing training to other Resident Service Providers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
We seek the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • QMAP - Qualified Medication Administration certified.
  • One year of experience working with senior adults, Alzheimer's experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work weekends
