The selected Resident Assistants will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
  • You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
  • Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification preferred but not required
  • Experience working with elderly and/or memory impaired preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work every other weekend
