Immediate Opening: Resident Care Associates
 Job Number: 41949

Location: Park at Plainfield- 12446 S. Van Dyke Rd, Plainfield, IL, 60585

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
  • Serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
  • Serve as a medication aide.
  • Record and report changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:
  • CNA certification preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • 6 months experience at least working as a RCA preferred
  • Experience with seniors and memory care preferred
  • High School Diploma or (GED)
  • We are looking for a person who is a part-time resident associate
  • Must be flexible.
