We are currently searching for a leader for our sales staff in a NATIONAL TRAINER capacity. This position will be the primary point of sales contact for all 40+ communities nationwide.  Come join the senior housing market and change the lives of the elderly.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to lead training seminars for sales staff
  • Must be able to meet or exceed company move in goals on a monthly basis
  • Setting, planning and meeting sales goals
  • Helping to achieve and maintain occupancy goals
  • Professional representation of home office goals in the field
  • Conducting a market analysis to determine sales sources
  • Conducting monthly training / sales conference calls

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years successful training capacity
  • Prior mutli-site responsibility
  • Ability to "close the sale"
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Genuine compassion for seniors
  • Must be willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN
