Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop systems for the operations of the Maintenance, Security, and Housekeeping departments
  • Prepare and administer operating and capital budget
  • Recruit, interview, hire, place, and manage maintenance personnel
  • Supervision of grounds, structural, and security functions

We seek the following qualifications:



  • Must have some technical maintenance eduation or equivalent job experience
  • Must have experience in contracting vendor services and conducting safety audits, work order, repair audits and budgetary compliance
  • Understanding of State building codes and safety regulations
  • HVAC certification with electrical and plumbing training/experience required
  • Sensitivity to Senior Adults and a customer service approach to problem resolution
