LPN's NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Lancaster, Frankfort, Bloomingburg & Jackson

MED-SURG & HOME CARE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

POSITION SUMMARY:   Under the supervision of an RN, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care.   The LPN observes and documents the patient's medical progress and nursing status changes under the direction of a registered nurse.   This position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:   This position requires the completion of a Licensed Practical Nursing program from an accredited school, current Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, current CPR certification, one year experience as an LPN.

 

 

Ability to maintain assigned work hours:   Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours.   Ability to travel to all business locations.
