CHHA's NEEDED FOR CIRCLEVILLE, CHILLICOTHE & AMANDA*

* MUST BE AN STNA OR HAD PREVIOUS HANDS ON PERSONAL CARE HOMECARE EXPERIENCE

POSITION SUMMARY:   Under supervision of the clinical professional is responsible for providing personal care to the patient, activities of daily living, light housekeeping and other patient related activities in the home.

 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Home Health Aide Certificate issued by a program approved by the Ohio Department of Health Services, demonstrated competency as a Home Health Aide per agency competency evaluation program policy, current CPR Certification, ability to carry out job requirements without on-site supervision, and sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.

 

 

Ability to maintain assigned work hours:   Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours.   Ability to travel to all business locations.
