Responsibilities include:

* Must be willing to travel between Brookdale communities
* Manage all aspects of an on-site non-skilled home care program including providing some hands on companion care.
* Maintain processes and records for state regulations including staff training, care planning and state reporting
* Schedule and coordinate services to residents of independent living area and prepare documentation of services provided.
* Work in conjunction with therapy, skilled home health and resident services departments to ensure resident care
* Supervise a growing staff of direct caregivers
* Market services directly to residents and maintain contact with resident families
* Develop annual goals, manage budget, purchase supplies and ensure fiscal responsibility
* Ensure adherence to policies and standards of Brookdale Senior Living Inc.

* Supervisory experience required
* LPN Required
* Experience with seniors a plus
* Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), organizational and time management skills required.
* Must be a people person; sales experience helpful
* Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook
* Exceptional ability to prioritize and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment.
* Effective problem-solving skills and strong desire make a difference.
