Vi at The Glen, located in Glenview, Illinois, is an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community that sits on 26 acres and provides residents a lifestyle focused on Wellness and Vitality to support successful aging. Our community is currently seeking a Sales Counselor to join our dynamic and professional team. If you are results-oriented, enjoy working with older adults and have been successful in relationship sales, this opportunity is for you. You will be expected to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain leads and overcome objections to achieve monthly goals and close sales.

Our ideal candidate must have the following:

• 3-5 years of relationship sales experience, involving high-end products or services
• Proven individual sales experience as a top producer, preferably in real estate, hospitality, senior living or financial services industries
• Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process
• Self-motivated with team skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred
• College degree preferred
