Job Description:  Responsible for exercising the high standards set forth in our Core Values. Follows sanitation, infectious control, and safety standards as specified by regulatory agencies. Prepare, assemble, serve, deliver and/or set up meals as assigned for the purpose of providing quality meals at established dietary/nutritional levels. Cleans dishes, pots and pans, equipment and work areas of kitchen. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Fundamental knowledge to read work related material and to follow direction. The scope of the job tasks requires the use of good customer service skills when interacting with Residents, Co-workers and any customers. Prior experience in dining service in a health care setting is helpful.
