We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in food service in a Senior Living Community. Supervisory/management experience required. Culinary degree preferred. Must exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities. Computer skills required.

Oversees Food Services operation of Waterstone at Wellesley. Responsible for creating dynamic menu options, ordering supplies and adheres to department budget. Provides outstanding customer service to upscale clientele in both communities. Hires, schedules and supervises dietary staff. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
